But then, when you need more money even before you have repaid the first mortgage loan, there is an option. For smaller amounts, you can approach the online moneylenders for unsecured loans. These unsecured loans do not require any type of collateral. All they look is your repayment capacity and approve your loan.

But if you need a huge sum of money for purchasing a foreign property, what can you do? The online moneylenders too will not lend you that much money unless you offer collateral. And the only asset you have is placed as collateral for the first loan.

Of course you can wait until the first loan is finished but what if the property is sold before you clear off the debt. It is recommended to go for a second mortgage in such cases. It is possible for you to get a loan on the asset that is already placed as collateral with other lender. But you need to mention it in your application else it will be considered fraud. Once you get the cash, you can easily buy the foreign property.

    Canada has been coming down to Phoenix AZ USA to purchase homes by the hundreds and putting solar on the roof tops. Just incredible as I have lived here all my life and we have never seen such huge investments before. I hear its because of the 55% USA tax law removed end of January. The tax law was added in 1980 but the last 30 days 300% increase in buying has been taking place.
